Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience or comparable pharmacy technician experience
  • Support for health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Deliver excellent customer service and accurately process prescriptions
  • Support training of staff
  • Compound medications following regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits
  • Support non-dispensing services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings as permitted
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and health regulations
  • Report illegal activities and unsafe conditions
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
