Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Desired qualifications:

• Previous comparable experience or pharmacy technician experience
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
• Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps
• Support coaching and training of staff
• Compound medications per regulations
• Perform post-fill audits
• Support non-dispensing health services via various platforms
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per law and company policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
• Comply with all relevant laws and report illegal activities
