Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Completion of required national registration, certification, or licensure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous pharmacy technician or related experience
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Current registration, certification, or license as per state requirements
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications following state and federal regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and applications
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Report illegal activities such as theft or fraud

Salary Range: $21.65 - $24.25 per hour
