Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role
  • Support for health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists with responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Deliver excellent customer service while accurately completing pharmacy procedures
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications per regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Adhere to all regulations, reporting illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
