Responsabilidades

• Operate the cash register and assist customers with transactions.
• Greet customers and provide exemplary service at all times.
• Accurately handle cash drawer and process payments and charges.
• Assist pharmacist with opening/closing retail pharmacy and gift shop areas, ensuring security.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.
• Verify patient name and DOB to ensure correct medication is dispensed.
• Assist with courtesy calls when prescriptions are not picked up within 7 days.
• Keep will-call prescriptions organized by last name.
