Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers customer purchases on the assigned cash register and handles payments, returns, rain checks, and exchanges as needed.
• Recommends items for sale and assists with OTC products and directions to aisles when possible.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports any errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed by the shift lead.
• Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with store policies and local/state laws regarding regulated products.
• Attends training and completes PPLs as requested by Manager or corporate.
