Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our retail crew. You will greet customers, provide assistance with products and services, and ensure a smooth checkout experience using our store systems.

You will also help maintain displays, assist with OTC products, and support store operations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, and prior retail familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers to aisles, recommend items, and upsell when appropriate.
• Operate pharmacy systems to check prescription status and report errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; conduct inventory and price merchandise as directed.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with state/local laws for regulated products.
• Support store maintenance and ensure a neat and welcoming store environment.
• Complete special assignments as requested by management.
