Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Operate cash register, handle payments, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Assist customers with product locations and OTC products.
• Maintain counters and shelves, ensure neat, merchandised displays.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist and follow QA procedures.
• Support exterior and interior store maintenance and cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain respectful coworker relations.
