Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• General knowledge of Medicare and health insurance plans preferred.
• Experience with computers, data entry, and standard office equipment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.

Responsibilities
