Job description

Access Family Pharmacy, located in Hixson, TN, is the largest of a group of family-owned pharmacies. We offer a myriad of services including a retail pharmacy, a long-term care pharmacy, and extensive durable medical equipment services. We're currently looking for a part-time pharmacy cashier. Our number one priority is our patients and the level of care that we provide them. Our cashiers are a major part of that, as they are the first and last interaction that patients have when they come into the store. Our cashiers also answer phone calls, manage deliveries, and manage shelf inventory, including keeping the shelves clean, neat, and organized. As we are a healthcare provider, we need someone who will take the job seriously and pay extra attention to detail. For this position, we are specifically looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality who patients will look forward to seeing when they come into the store.

This position is part-time (about 20 hours per week) and will mainly consist of closing shifts. The pharmacy closes at 7:00pm, and the starting time for each shift can be flexible. This position will also be required to work some Saturdays on a rotating schedule. The pharmacy is open 9:00am - 2:00pm on Saturdays. The starting pay is $13 - $14 per hour.
