Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused teammate to deliver a distinctive shopping experience. You will operate the cash register, assist customers with products, and help the pharmacist under direct supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.

You will greet customers, resolve issues, maintain clean counters, stock shelves, and support inventory and promotions. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred; fluency in English and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Maintain counters and shelves, and ensure product organization and cleanliness.
• Handle inventory, price checks, and merchandising as directed by store leadership.
• Support pharmacy operations, including entering patient/drug information and assisting with third-party claims.
