Qualifications

• Experience using call center software to answer, transfer, page and email.
• Excellent communication and phone skills; able to handle multiple calls and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Retail Pharmacy Communication Hub operations.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
• Maintain service levels (speed of answer, abandon rate, hold times) in a fast-paced call center.
• Schedule prescription refills by contacting patients using preferred channels.
