Dynamic Rx Labs in Renton, WA is seeking a Pharmacy Call Center Representative to ensure patients receive their medications on time and with care.

You will assist pharmacists and technicians, answer calls, process payments, and maintain records in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a daytime AM shift and growth opportunities within a state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Must have a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in processing prescriptions.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing patient communication
• Accepting patient payments and providing exceptional customer service
• Filing and retrieving various pharmacy records
• Preparing injection kits and printing inserts for prescriptions as needed or as assigned.
• Maintaining and cleaning assigned work areas and equipment as designated by supervisor

AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
