• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and facility inquiries, providing prompt and professional pharmacy support.
• Process and verify prescription orders accurately for long-term care and skilled nursing facility patients.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to resolve medication-related issues.
• Assist with data entry of patient profiles, prescriptions, and insurance information into pharmacy management systems.
• Manage and track medication orders, refills, and delivery schedules to ensure timely dispensing.
• Support pharmacists with order fulfillment, labeling, and packaging of medications.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
