Job summary

Amerit Consulting is seeking a Pharmacy Call Center Operations Representative in Louisville, KY for a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion to FTE. You will handle patient calls, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accurate information is conveyed.

Hybrid work arrangement and a W2 pay rate of $17.00/hr are noted. Qualifications include prior call center experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and Pharmacy Board Technician Registration either

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Provide accurate information to the caller.
• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
• Resolve the callers’ needs.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Location: Louisville, KY 40219

Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

Notes:

• Hybrid role; onsite frequency to be discussed with manager during interview.
• Pay Rate: $17.00/hr on W2.
• Work Schedule: Mon - Fri. Shift can be anywhere from 8:00 AM - 04:30 PM to 11:30 AM - 08:00 PM. Candidate must be able to work any shift.
