Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting required; Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance required or working towards; CPA preferred.
• 3 years of financial/operational management experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong communication (written & verbal) and analytical skills, as well as the ability to solve complex financial problems.
• 3 years of management experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare setting.
