Job summary

You will ensure accurate data entry, respond to customer inquiries, and support open-end month processes while upholding HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Research and verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain patient files and billing documentation for audits.
• Respond to billing inquiries by phone or email.
• Assist with Medicare plan comparisons during enrollment periods.
• Complete daily census, admissions and room changes for facilities.
• Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
