Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in healthcare operations, benefit verification, or related customer service role.
• Accurate data-entry with attention to detail; healthcare workflows familiarity preferred.
• Experience supporting patients/providers in pharmacy or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming documents and upload data to patient databases.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls; document interactions; aim for one-touch resolution.
• Conduct benefit investigations and eligibility assessments to facilitate patient access.
• Escalate complex reimbursement or prior authorization issues as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient data integrity.
