Job summary

Blink Health is hiring for a full-time onsite Pharmacy Claims Processor in Chesterfield, MO. You will handle processing and triage of pharmacy claims, ensuring compliance with patient assistance program guidelines and protecting patient data.

The role collaborates with the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance, and engineering teams. Ideal candidates have a pharmacy claims background, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• "> One year of Pharmacy Experience resolving third party claims
• "> Healthcare industry experience with claims background
• "> Active Pharmacy Technician license or Idaho Pharmacy Technician in Training License
• "> Strong verbal and written communication skills
• "> Attention to detail and strong operational focus
• "> Ability to learn complex software and work cross-functionally with teams

Responsibilities

• Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely
• Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to ascertain patient benefits coverage
• Maintain compliance with patient assistance program guidelines
• Document information and data discovery per operating procedures
• Research required information using available resources
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Work cross-functionally with Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering
