Job summary

Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Claims Processor to join our onsite team. You will process pharmacy claims, triage rejections, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

This role requires 1 year of pharmacy experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering teams. Onsite duties and rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• One year of Pharmacy Experience, resolving third party claims.
• Healthcare industry experience with claims background.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with an operational focus.
• Passion for providing top-notch patient care.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with peers.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software.
• Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in Idaho, with Idaho Board of Pharmacy registration.

Responsibilities

• Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely to meet client expectations.
• Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to ascertain patient benefits coverage.
• Maintain compliance with patient assistance program guidelines.
• Document information and data discovery per procedures.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
• Work collaboratively across management, Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering.
