EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Benefit Consultant to optimize Health & Welfare benefit programs for large self-funded clients. You will analyze claims, develop cost-containment strategies, and lead vendor evaluations and RFPs.
You will manage client relationships and ensure timely deliverables via actuarial and internal teams. The role requires 5–10 years in insurance/employee benefits, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to travel.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule required — 3 days per week in the office.
The Benefit Consultant is responsible for client satisfaction, service delivery, and vendor management while supporting the development of innovative, data-driven strategies to optimize complex Health & Welfare benefit programs.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 -$135,000. This range represents the employer’s good-faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
