We’re hiring a Pharmacy Benefit Analyst to support benefit programming and plan setup for a leading healthcare organization. This role is fully remote but aligned with Arizona business hours. Candidates with pharmacy claims or PBM experience are strongly encouraged to apply!

Level 3 - Subject Matter Expert

• Build and analyze reports for benefit recommendations
• Set up all new pharmacy benefits and manage renewals
• Maintain drug code assignments and pharmacy matrix
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit programming
• Experience with Rx claims, accumulations, and benefit setup
• Pharmacy background in insurance, PBM, or prior auth (not retail)
• Analyst mindset—critical thinking, data interpretation, and accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and vendor system proficiency
• High School Diploma or GED required

Note: This is not a temp-to-perm role. Candidates must reside in MST/PST zones—AZ residency strongly preferred.
