Qualifications

• Must be registered as Pharmacy Technician with the California State Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years experience in pharmacy practice or with pharmacy technology.
• Proficient with database and spreadsheet programs such as Excel and Access.
• Able to independently problem-solve and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Pyxis, Swisslog, Carousel, Euclid and other automated systems.
• Perform routine diagnostic checks and monitor automation systems.
• Isolate problems, perform repairs, and maintain system competency.
• Serve as pharmacy liaison for EIS and automation vendors for integration of new technology solutions.
• Review automation reports to optimize system use and efficiency.
