Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Pharmacy Automation Technician to support Parata and S4 dispensers in a large-scale pharmacy environment in Memphis, TN. You will follow cleaning and maintenance schedules, diagnose issues, and help ensure accurate drug dispensing and efficient operations.

You will work with the Operations Lead and Inventory Lead to monitor cell performance, assist with drug moves, and participate in quarterly volume audits, while adhering to HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• One-year Central Fill pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state HIPAA laws.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cleaning/maintenance on Parata and S4 dispensers as scheduled.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using system reports and data.
• Assist with drug moves and data gathering for Central Fill processes.
• Review weekly cell efficiency and accuracy with supervisors and inventory leads.
• Perform routine wet Parata cell cleaning to keep cells ready for use.
• Participate in quarterly volume audits and monitor consumable costs.
