Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is hiring for a Warehouse Associate Representative at the Whitestown, IN site. This on-site role supports pallet handling, inventory checks, and safe, accurate processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will use PDAs and basic software to track inventory, assist in problem resolution, and mentor teammates as needed. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months and immediate pay options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English on the warehouse floor.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Break down pallets and inspect incoming products for counts and accuracy.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, inside and outside the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and cutters safely and accurately.
• Enter inventory data using PDAs/computers and ensure correct lot/expiration separation.
