Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant in Irving, TX 75063 for an on-site role. The position supports a high-volume pharmacy fulfillment operation, focusing on accurate packing, labeling, and preparing medication orders for shipment in a structured environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, 40 hrs/week, with pay at $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience in warehouse, production, picking/packing, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, inventory, logistics strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift and lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to follow written SOPs and work at a steady pace
• Basic computer skills and comfort working in a structured workflow

Responsibilities

• Pack medication orders accurately according to instructions and workflow requirements
• Place medications into correct packaging and shipping containers; prevent mix-ups and damage
• Label packages correctly and stage orders for shipment
• Handle medications and supplies carefully while following safety and quality procedures
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving boxes/inventory throughout the work area
• Operate a pallet jack safely when required
• Lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing/fulfillment area
• Follow confidentiality and compliance expectations in a medication-handling environment
