Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Mountlake Terrace, WA is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join the Fulfillment Team. The position offers full-time hours (40 per week) at $19.00/hour with a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including some weekends.

Location: 22316 70th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043. You will assist with medication fulfillment and packaging, supervise delivery orders, and help keep the pharmacy running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication fulfillment and packaging
• Sort, scan, and organize prescription orders for delivery
• Prepare delivery totes and route-specific shipments
• Monitor workflow to ensure orders are completed on time
• Verify tote contents and delivery documentation for accuracy
• Return medications to inventory and maintain organized work areas
• Assist with inventory projects and other pharmacy operations as needed
• Support teammates and help keep the pharmacy running efficiently
