The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on location) in order to work.
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Able to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems.
• Strong communication and basic math skills required.
• Must comply with company policies and pharmacy regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the pharmacy counter and provide friendly service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers in locating non-prescription items on the sales floor.
• Keep the pharmacy area organized, clean and compliant with regulations.
• Support order processing, record keeping, and basic pharmacy tasks as directed by the pharmacist.
