Pharmacy Analyst (Medicaid Business Unit - Remote)

Job Summary

Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to meet growth goals for the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit. Manage activities, monitor progress, and communicate effectively to ensure successful delivery of results. Responsibilities include:

• Lead projects, analyze data, and identify process improvements.
• Develop new pharmacy services and evaluate their feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Provide advanced analytics and develop predictive models.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and system specifications.

Essential Responsibilities

• Implement product designs, develop standardized processes, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Analyze data and business processes to support program oversight and improvements.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project effectiveness.
• Resolve escalated issues and develop solutions for complex problems.
• Conduct market research and develop competitive pharmacy benefit offerings.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Healthcare and project management experience required; Project Management certification preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details

Travel: 0-25%. Position is office-based with some travel. Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Pay Range: $57,700 - $107,800, based on experience and qualifications.
