Job Summary: Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit to achieve growth objectives, organize activities, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing projects, developing new services, ensuring compliance, providing analytic support, translating business needs into requirements, and collaborating across teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implement product/program designs, develop standardized processes, and monitor performance metrics.
• Analyze data and business processes to support program oversight and improvements.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure program effectiveness and manage projects.
• Resolve escalated or complex issues.
• Develop business and pharmacy benefit solutions aligning with goals.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels and with external vendors.
• Research and develop competitive pharmacy benefit offerings.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma / GED

Experience:
