Job Summary:

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit Business Owners, Stakeholders, and Management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of results. Monitor progress, evaluate activities, and perform corrective actions as needed. Communicate regularly with customers regarding issues or concerns. Responsibilities include:

• Manage projects, analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop new pharmacy services or programs through research and feasibility analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and legislation, monitoring changes continuously.
• Provide advanced analytic support, develop predictive models, and collaborate on business strategies.
• Translate business needs into requirements and specifications for applications and enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implement product designs, ensure quality and regulatory standards, develop standardized processes, and monitor performance metrics.
• Analyze business and data processes, support program oversight, and test solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage small to medium projects.
• Resolve escalated or complex issues.
• Develop pharmacy benefit solutions aligned with business goals.
• Communicate effectively across organization levels and articulate problems and solutions.
• Research market offerings and ensure competitive positioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Required: Healthcare experience, Project Management experience
• Preferred: Project Management

Certifications:

• Required: None
• Preferred: Six-Sigma

Additional Details:

Travel: 0-25%

Position: Office-based, occasional travel, physical demands as specified.

Pay Range: $57,700 - $107,800.
