Texas Oncology is looking for a Pharmacy / Admixture Technician to join our team! This position will support the Dallas, TX location. The role level (1, 2, or Sr) will be based on candidate experience.

Under the supervision of a physician or registered pharmacist, the Tech performs medication preparation, distribution, record keeping, and inventory control, supporting compliance with US Oncology standards and state laws.
Level 1: High school diploma, entry-level to 3 years pharmacy experience.
Level 2: 3-5 years pharmacy experience, IV skills preferred, certification recommended.
Level Sr: 5-7 years pharmacy experience, oncology background preferred, advanced certification recommended.
Includes manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and visual/hearing requirements, with accommodations available.
Office setting with exposure to potentially hazardous substances, with accommodations for disabilities.
