Position Overview: As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions LLC Pharmacy Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the pharmacy management and staff. Responsibilities include maintaining the pharmacy office at the client site, answering phones, assisting with ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, employee relations, and other tasks as needed based on site requirements.
Schedule: This position works 1-3 days per week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
Pay Range: $23/hour, commensurate with experience.
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is a state-of-the-art 456-bed hospital featuring advanced patient care technology. It includes a 24-hour Emergency Department, Level I Trauma Center, three Family Health Centers, and the only Burn Center serving San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo, and Mono counties. CPS Solutions, LLC manages daily pharmacy operations at this facility.
The hospital provides both outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services. The inpatient pharmacy operates 24/7, while the outpatient pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on weekends and holidays from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. The pharmacies utilize Pyxis, EPIC, and FSI systems.

Employment is contingent upon passing background checks, drug testing, and signing onboarding documents. Additional medical examinations or records may be required based on site or position.
