Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a motivated student for a global pharmacovigilance internship in New Jersey. You will assist in implementing and improving PV processes, collaborate across teams to apply AI-driven improvements, and help ensure compliance with international regulations and quality standards.

The role focuses on supporting documentation, training initiatives, and data governance in a fast-paced, multicultural setting. No visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in Pharmacy or related field.

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of global pharmacovigilance processes, policies, and standards
• Collaborate with teams to develop process improvements using AI tools and methodologies
• Help ensure adherence to international pharmacovigilance regulations, quality standards, and best practices
• Participate in meetings with global colleagues
• Contribute to projects impacting the safety of healthcare products worldwide
• Support document creation and training initiatives leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced technology
• Support global audits and inspections
• Support partner strategy and management
• Support process governance for entering and reporting data within and distributed from the global safety database

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field
• Strong interest in pharmacovigilance, technology, and process improvement
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Experience with artificial intelligence is a plus but not required
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
