Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Five years of related work experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Preferred: advanced degree or clinical qualification (RN/PharmD).
• Experience with PV systems such as Oracle Argus or ARISg is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide PV subject matter expert oversight, enhancing client service.
• Supervise workload, give performance feedback, conduct reviews.
• Lead, coach, and motivate PV staff for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Staffing responsibilities including hiring, scheduling and training.
• Coordinate with management on process improvements and workflows.
• Support client implementation and guideline explanations.
• Perform billable PV activities to meet utilization targets.
