Job summary

NS Pharma seeks a Director/Associate Director of Pharmacometrics to lead quantitative drug development across rare diseases and oncology. You will craft and execute pharmacometrics strategies, optimize dose selection, and support regulatory submissions globally.

You will mentor teams, oversee external partners, and advance pharmacometrics infrastructure and best practices, ensuring rigorous analysis and timely delivery in a matrix organization, including collaboration with the Japan team.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of pharmacometrics and MIDD in clinical development.
• Hands-on experience with pharmacometric analyses and reporting.
• Experience building pharmacometrics infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead pharmacometrics strategies across programs.
• Lead analyses including PK/PD, exposure-response, PBPK.
• Provide oversight for design, interpretation, and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor scientists and manage external partners.
