Job summary

Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, WI invites applications for a full-time 12-month faculty position in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences, focused on pharmacology. The appointee will conduct research and teach in pharmacology and related areas, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2027.

Applicants should have a PhD or equivalent and be active in a Christian congregation.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in pharmacology or closely related field.
• Strong teaching experience in a university setting is preferred.
• Active membership in Christian congregations as required by Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor/LCMS.

Responsibilities

• Teach within Pharmaceutical Sciences and other areas as assigned.
• Advise and mentor students academically and on scholarly projects.
• Develop a robust research program and seek external funding.
• Contribute to service to the School of Pharmacy, University, Community and Profession.
• Engage in additional duties as assigned.
