The position is part-time (20 hours/week) through an international entity, offering placement at a premier AI lab to bridge bench science and cutting-edge AI research. This role blends scientific rigor with AI-driven discovery.

Qualifications

• PhD in pharmacology or related field.
• 3+ years in early-to-mid stage drug discovery.
• Hands-on analysis of in vitro ADME and PK/PD data.
• Experience with PK/PD modeling or AI tools is a plus.
• Willingness to commit at least 20 hours/week.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams to improve AI model performance in pharmacology, ADME/Tox, and PK/PD.
• Design benchmarks and training data; write accurate, structured solutions.
• Evaluate AI outputs and provide clear technical feedback on logic and accuracy.
• Develop specs, rubrics and verification for data produced by external teams.
• Advise on assay design and model validity.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure data consistency.
