Job summary

The START Center for Cancer Research is seeking a Pharmacokinetic (PK) Lab Technician to support the investigation team under supervision. You will handle receiving, processing, storage and shipping of biospecimens, while following SOPs and GLPs in the Pharmacokinetic Department.

Essential duties include sample processing, data recording, and contributing to inventory control with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, handle, store, and ship biospecimens per study specifications.
• Adhere to SOPs and GLPs; maintain inventory and data records.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly lab maintenance and on-call rotations as needed.
