JobRx, Inc. in Tsaile, AZ seeks a Pharmacist to join the outpatient/ambulatory care and community health pharmacy team at Tsaile Health Center (Chinle Service Unit) on the Navajo Nation. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and community health pharmacy services per IHS, JCAHO, and CMS standards.
• Document all patient care activities completely, accurately, and timely in the EHR.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and credentialing; participate in peer review.
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Wear Government-issued ID badge at all times.

Duration: 1 year contract with possibility of 2 more years

Shift Schedule: 8 hours/day

Credentialing/Onboarding Time: 6-8 weeks

License: Current, valid, unrestricted pharmacist license in any state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. Territory

Education

Pharmacy degree (Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent); board certification required.

Experience Needed

• Participate in departmental peer review per Joint Commission standards
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure continuity of patient care (including coverage during absences)
• Safeguard PHI in compliance with HIPAA, the Privacy Act, and the Business Associate Agreement
