Pharmacist to HealthTech – Career Transition Program (US)

This is a full-time, remote position designed for experienced pharmacists interested in transitioning into digital health.

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

MedMe is launching a career transition program for pharmacists aiming to pivot into healthtech, offering opportunities in Clinical Product Management, Pharmacy Relations, Implementation, and Account Management.

The role begins in Customer Success, supporting pharmacy users, and offers a pathway into specialized healthtech roles after initial training and performance development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to pharmacy inquiries via chat, phone, and email with empathy and accuracy
  • Leading onboarding for new clients
  • Monitoring user engagement and re-engaging at-risk accounts
  • Maintaining support content and documentation
  • Escalating product issues and collaborating with product teams

Optional areas to explore include clinical product development, pharmacy relations, implementation projects, and account management, with transitions typically after 6 months.

About You:

  • Licensed US pharmacist with 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Interest in healthtech and career growth
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • No tech experience required but curiosity and collaboration are essential

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with pharmacy workflows, SaaS, or digital tools
  • Knowledge of US pharmacy billing and reimbursement processes
  • French language skills and flexibility for US time zones are a plus
