Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the practicing state.

• Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain patient medication records for allergies and drug interactions.
• Identify and report suspected adverse drug reactions accurately.
• Prepare and dispense intravenous admixtures using aseptic technique.
• Fill prescription orders following State and Federal regulations.
• Provide drug information and educational programs to professionals.
