Job summary

Kettering Health Main Campus in Ohio is seeking a full-time pharmacist to join our team. The role focuses on safe preparation and dispensing, medication therapy management, and patient education across our pharmacy network.

This floater position requires a Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy, active Ohio license, internship completion, and eligibility to start. You may work at any Kettering Health Retail pharmacy, with day shifts and a patient-centered mission.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or a Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Completion of pharmacy internship requirements as defined by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
• Current and active Pharmacist license issued by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective, and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Provide medication therapy management and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote safe medication use and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

This role provides medication therapy management, patient education, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to promote safe medication use and regulatory compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or a Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Completion of pharmacy internship requirements as defined by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Current and active Pharmacist license issued by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

This position is for a floater pharmacist. Applicants must be willing to work at any Kettering Health Retail pharmacy.
