Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university of pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed pharmacist with Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
• 340B experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with applicable laws.
• Ensures safe and efficient delivery of medications.
• Provides services including immunizations and patient consultations.
• Understands the pharmaceutical care needs of diverse patient populations.
