The Judge Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Columbus, Ohio. The pharmacist will dispense medications, counsel patients, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Counsel patients regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, and adherence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Monitor patient medication therapies and identify potential drug interactions or contraindications.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide immunizations and other clinical services, as permitted by state regulations.
  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and support staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, medication storage, and controlled substance records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
