Job summary

United Future is hiring a Pharmacist for a retail/outpatient setting in Centerburg, Ohio. The role involves quality pharmaceutical care, clinical support, and a range of retail pharmacy services including immunizations and medication therapy management.

Shifts are 9 hours with a rotating weekend schedule; holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and December holidays on shortened hours. Competitive hourly pay with full benefits and sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college/university of pharmacy; bachelor’s degree or PharmD required.
• Pharmacist licensed and registered with Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
• Immunization certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.
• 340B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Provides clinical support and distribution services for safe and efficient medication delivery.
• Offers retail pharmacy services including immunizations, patient counseling, specialty medications, MTM, and meds to beds as applicable.
• Addresses the pharmaceutical care needs across age groups (neonates to geriatrics).
• Adheres to policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards.
