Job summary

ViziRecruiter,LLC. is seeking a part-time pharmacist located in New York, New York. Under general supervision, the candidate will perform all duties associated with professional pharmacy practice while maintaining judgment in decision-making.

This role requires a valid NYS Pharmacist license, graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy, and a minimum of three years of experience in Hospital Pharmacy. Hours are 10:30 am to 7 pm on weekdays or 8:30 am to 4 pm on weekends, working three days a week.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration required.
• Three years of experience as a pharmacist in Hospital Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform full scope of duties associated with professional pharmacy practice.

• Participate in continuing education programs and maintain 15 Continuing Education credits yearly.

Under general supervision, performs the full scope of duties associated with professional pharmacy practice and is empowered to use judgment in decision‑making within their sphere of activity.

This is a part‑time position. Hours are 10:30 am to 7 pm (weekdays) or 8:30 am to 4 pm (weekends), three days a week, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or Doctor of Pharmacy).
• Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration is required.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a pharmacist in Hospital Pharmacy with accepted standards of practice.

Requirements

• PharmD or MS degree and/or completion of a Pharmacy Residency Program may be used as a substitute for some experience.
• Maintains professional competence through participation in continuing education programs and review of periodical literature.
• Maintains and provides proof of 15 Continuing Education credits each year.
