Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a part-time Pharmacist to join the team in Eatontown, NJ. The Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to all patient age groups (including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients).They are responsible for the preparation, dispensing and monitoring of both the prescribing and effectiveness of all medications and IV admixtures.They exercise considerable independent decision-making. Provide advanced clinical services to assigned specialty area.

Qualifications:

Required :

• Completion of course at an accredited School of Pharmacy, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.

Preferred:

• Hospital pharmacy experience desirable

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Licensed NJ Pharmacist

Scheduling Requirements:

• Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5 PM; 3 days/week)/ 24 hours
• Part Time Schedule

Essential Functions:

• The pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to all patient age groups including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients
