Job Description

The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and safe provision of medication, drug information, and therapeutic drug monitoring. They oversee the drug distribution system through supervision of pharmacy technicians and interns. Pharmacists support the department's and organization's mission by providing pharmaceutical care and pharmacy services to hospital inpatients and outpatients in the ambulatory infusion room and clinics.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree: Pharmacy (Required)
  • Doctorate Degree: Pharmacy (Preferred)
  • Other: Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency (Preferred)
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a university or teaching hospital (Preferred)
License/Certifications
  • RPH-LIC: PA Pharmacist License (Required)
  • BLS: Basic Life Support (Preferred)
