PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado, and Michigan as a medical and/or adult-use cannabis provider to patients and customers. We are seeking energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.

Part Time Pharmacist

Purpose

The Pharmacist at our dispensary is a registered Pharmacist responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience, maximizing revenue, assisting the General Manager in staff development, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols. This sales-oriented individual should be passionate about the benefits of medical cannabis and making a difference in patients’ lives.

Pay for this role starts at $60/hour.

Duties And Responsibilities

Retail Operations

• Drive retail sales and patient retention
• Maintain all store operational standards
• Oversee inventory standards on-site
• Operate POS and related systems
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and laws
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Patient Care

• Develop high customer experience standards through sales training and product knowledge
• Assist patients with questions, problems, and complaints
• Handle patient-related issues per company policy
• Promote a positive patient experience
• Coordinate with the General Manager on patient interactions and clinical oversight
• Work with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomes
• Promote PharmaCann’s customer service culture
• Develop understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, interactions, and side effects
• Recommend dosing based on patient conditions
• Follow safety protocols and SOPs for quality assurance
• Ensure safety of employees and provide treatment for injuries
• Supervise delivery operations and oversee clinical activities
• Project a positive organizational image to employees, customers, industry, and community

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations)
• PharmaD required
• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms
• Analytical skills to assess data and develop strategies
• Proficient verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong consulting skills and cultural awareness
• High ethical standards in all interactions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
• Obtain and maintain state agent requirements

Working Conditions

This role operates in a retail environment, requiring use of standard office equipment. Flexibility for weekends, nights, overtime, holidays, and some travel is needed. May involve outdoor work and lifting up to 50 pounds. Safety and compliance are essential.
